My personal experience with isopure protein products

Why am I talking about Isopure Proteins? Because, in my opinion, they deserve it! I am not a bodybuilder or a famous person but a simple electrician who until recently had biiiig problems with its big ugly belly and almost B cup men breasts.

I didn’t like them but what could I do? Big Chief KFC was right in the middle ot the 100 feet walk between my home and my workplace. Closer for me anyways than any decent woman (not to mention the indecent ones :) ).

I’ve tried anything to get rid of my belly but nothing seemed to work – Chinese pills, vinegar cure, playing golf on the Wii, nothing until a gym opened up  right near my beloved  KFC.  After failing to lose weight with all the above mentioned methods

I decided to give a chance to a more manly method. At first it didn’t work as, you’ve probably guessed, KFC was right next door – I then decided to find out a protein solution that could satisfy my protein craving and not get me even fatter. After trying a few poorly tasting, horrible smelling products I met the Nature’s Best Isopure Protein. AND FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. To be completely honest now I still crave from time to time to some fried, oily chicken wings…but the craving is all I get until I lose my entire belly. I’ve started working out and using Isopure Protein products a couple of months ago and I hope this summer I will have six-packs. And a decent woman besides me. I would be happy with an indecent one too :D .

I am not posting any of my pictures yet because I don’t want to scare of potential mates :) ). But when I will be decent looking I will brag myself here. I PROMISE!!!!! Of course, if there are any women interested in talking to me – please use the contact page! I will most certainly respond!!!!!!!!!!

How much weight should you lose each day with Isopure Proteins?

Below is a short review about how much calories should one consume each day in order not to gain weight. The source is from UK but the values are universal :) )

UK Department of Health Estimated Average Requirements (EAR) are a daily calorie intake of 1940 calories per day for women and 2550 for men.

Factors that affect your personal daily calorie needs include your age, height and weight, your basic level of daily activity, and your body composition. Remember to always replace (partially) carbs with Isopure Protein powder. Isopure protein powder is digested harder than fats or carbs, meaning your body must consume more calories to obtain the same quantity of energy. Just don’t overdue it!!!

In order to lose weight you need to eat less calories per day than your body needs. To lose 1lb a week you need a negative calorie balance of 500 calories per day. To lose weight at 2lb a week you need to reduce your calorie intake by 1000 calories a day.

A very good  weight loss calculator I’ve found on  the freedieting website
